Mitsubishi Electric 2.5kW Multi Indoor Unit Only MSZ-AP25VGKD2-A2
Easy to assemble. Love that it’s magnetic. Now hot air is not blowing across my small balcony or heating up my large living room glass sliding door in summer.
The front face of our ac has a slight bow out, so it is handy that the louvre frame has screws top and bottom.
It does the job well
Recently purchased my 3rd MHI air conditioner and 2nd Avanti Plus. Have consistently been impressed by the split inverters after purchasing my first in 2020. I had a problem with the first unit in 2025 and within days it was fixed under warranty. The units have performed exceptionally well as the major form of heating and cooling in the house which is a challenge in Canberra. The 6kw had the added advantage over its competitors of a far narrower head unit which meant it fit our preferred position. It has since lived up to expectations. Definitely a reliable premium option.
Magnetic mounting is great. I thought the entire thing would be metal, but it is almost entirely plastic. This one is mounted in the shade so UV resistance is less of an issue. Easy to assemble. Expensive compared to the Amazon/Temu alternatives but I'd rather "buy Aussie" than give my money to the drop-shippers.
So I bought the AC and had a seemless delivery in 1 day to a non metro location in Victoria. Even the delivery person took all the diligent care in unloading and putting the heavy AC at the designated place. Fabulous experience.
Great unit, second one I have purchased.
Highly recommend should have done this years ago.
Effective and efficent service

best aircon/heater i have ever had works brilliant and delivery was super fast well worth the money
easy to assemble … snapped on tightly and does the job for my outdoor unit that is only one foot away from the balustrade. Measure your unit carefully and then do it again. 5 stars
Very happy with this diverter. Easy to assemble and the strong magnets mean mounting the unit on the condenser body is easy and effective. Highly recommended!
I swapped an old BRC1E62 with one of these - the interface is largely the same with a few QoL improvements & improved wall thermostat. Pressing the temperature change buttons now immediately adjusts the temperature rather than entering "temperature change state", and the target temperature text is a bit bigger. You can also configure the display to turn off entirely to save power, neat!
The in-rwmote thermostat is slightly more accurate, though there's still no temperature offset adjustment.
The control was an upgrade to the older model. Worked as prescribed, very good company.
Like everything about my Avanti Plus other than the app. Have tried several times unsuccessfully to link the unit to my wifi. But absolutely no issue with its basic function.
I’m pleased with my aircon purchase & installation through Ozair online. All processes were done smoothly & professionally. The aircon itself worked perfectly well & the prices were reasonable too. Overall it’s highly recommended to purchase from this online store.
Will buy again.
Love the wifi ability to be able to operate system
I had such a positive experience dealing with Oz Air Online. Would definitely recommend them. Competitive pricing and great communication. I ordered an incorrect size inside unit and Kim in their customer service team was amazing. Arranged a refund and delivery of correct unit.
I bought this to finally be able to remotely control my Daikin system via my phone. Set up and connection was a breeze. Extremely easy to then link to Home Assistant and now I have automations maitaining my home's temperature. Although the Aurbase app on the Play Store has terrible reviews, honestly it does its job pretty well - easy to connect to the Airbase when connected to the same WiFi, and easy out-of-home remote connection as well.
Only extra thing I had to do was to shorten the cable as I didn't need 20m of it - it would have been great if it came with a shorter cable as well if for example we wanted to mount it right next to an existing remote instead of running it from the cailing space.
Very impressed with the quality of the air conditioner cover. It went together easily and fits the air cond. perfectly.
Runs quiet, does it job very well. Great for laundry, cut time drying time drastically. I hesitated because of its size, but it looks great and worth the space.
