This worked straight out of the box. Easy instructions. Very happy to have remote control of the house now especially coming home on a hot day.

The filter was easy to fit. Similar to fitting a new fly screen. Clean and neat. Seems to be working well.

We bought five covers two each for our larger Daikin aircons plus one for the small split type. The design, functionality, finish and the aesthetic is of high standard. We bought the air diverters to protect our plans from drying out. The design did just that, diverted the airflow from horizontal to almost vertical (saving the plans from getting the hot air directly on to them. We are very pleased with the outcome. The magnetic connectors make this product very easy to install. We’ll recommend this product.
The call centre team members were very helpful with identifying the correct model based on AIR CONDITIONER make & model.

It cools the room quite quickly but definitely not whisper quiet. Even on the lowest fan speed it has this annoying whirring at a frequency that just drives me nuts and I end up turning it off cause it’s so annoying . The outdoor unit is actually whisper quiet but the indoor is not.

Wow — my air conditioner has never worked this well.

From day one, I was constantly getting E3 (high-pressure switch) errors. The system would shut down or overheat anytime the temperature went over 30°C, meaning on hot days I couldn’t cool my house at all. This was a brand-new Daikin ducted system, installed by a qualified technician — yet no one could diagnose the problem.

Over the years, I spent thousands of dollars on different technicians to inspect the system. Every time, I was told, “The unit isn’t too close to the fence.” But I always believed it was. I ended up paying thousands out of pocket for supposed installation faults that weren’t covered under warranty — and the problem still wasn’t fixed.

As a last resort — before spending thousands more — I decided to try this product.

I am honestly blown away.

Even on a 40+ degree day today, the system performed exceptionally. For the first time in over two years, my air conditioner actually works properly. It no longer shuts down, it doesn’t overheat, and it cools my house better than it ever has. I genuinely thought I had a faulty unit from brand new, but it turns out the system was capable all along.

This product has changed my life and saved my bank account. I would recommend it to anyone who has their outdoor unit near a fence — no matter how close. Give it a shot!

This is the 2nd Daikin air conditioner that I have purchased for my home & highly recommend this brand for its efficient cooling capacity at a very affordable price.

It works perfectly out of the box, and gives way more control than the panel.
It connects to Home Assistant too, which was great for automating the controls and giving remote access

I bought this aircon for a fantastic price and it was dispatched quickly. I live in a remote area and the service to track the package was very prompt and helpful.
Also when the aircon arrived it had damage to the front panel which they quickly sent a new one, no questions asked.
The Mitsubishi Aircon itself is the best we have ever owned, I think we have the coolest house in the Far North Queensland and we haven’t moved the dial off 24 degrees. I would recommend the aircon itself and Air Online to anyone that asked. 5 stars.
