The air conditioner was delivered but upon unpacking we noted that it had damage, lucky for us it has not impacted the installation and operation. Only one notice about delivery but price good and happy with product
The diverter was just as promised . Well made , easy to assemble and is proving effective in operation . The diverter arrived promptly after ordering and we were kept up to date regarding it’s delivery . Very impressed .

Unit installed 2 days ago in bedroom above bed, works well, very quite operation.
Minor issue that I will fix is the operating lamp is very bright. Be nice if MHI could provide a brightness control on the run lamp for night time operation.
The wifi connection is great and easy to set up.
Sturdy construction, magnets hold strong and does what it says on the tin. Was easy to put together. Instructions pretty self explanatory. Shipping could be cheaper.
