Battery changing is nightmare. Tiny screws burr and batteries need changing after 14months (2 batteries per sensor). Terrible design.
Delivery box undamaged but item bent (looks like poor manufacturing). Item could not be installed due to bolts not matching up. After moving to an apartment we had gotten rid of tools that we could fix ourselves so had to buy products to fix just so we could get some value from our $800+ purchase and have now put it together and installed. Retailer offered us $25 to cover costs which was laughable considering what we had to do to make it useable. Disappointed to say the very least.

We have always used Dalkin A/c units, but this Lite a/c is perfect for a small bedroom very little noise from both the indoor and outdoor units

With a narrow area and air con destroying garden plants we needed something to divert the red hot “wind”. Home made stuff was not really good enough, but the magnetic diverters were just what we needed. Easy to fit together and fix to our Samsung unit. Just get the dimensions right.
