Site Inspection [Split System Install]

I purchased a Mitsubishi split system from Oz Air Online on Thursday 11th April 2024 who arranged installation from Ozwarm. I was told the system would be delivered on Tuesday 16th April and installed later that week. I was then informed the installation date had been changed due to a delivery delay and it was re-booked for Tuesday 23rd April between 1pm-2pm.This date was again cancelled despite my wife taking the day off work to allow access for the tradies. I then received another text message to ask if I would be available for installation on Thursday 25th April (ANZAC Day) in the morning. I cancelled plans to head to the ANZAC Day game to accommodate the installation. At 5:45pm on Wednesday 24th April (the night before the third installation date), I was contacted yet again and was informed that Oz Air would not be delivering or installing the split system because it had not arrived. Therefore, postponing another installation date. When I contacted Ozwarm they did not respond to my message or call. When I contacted OZ Air Online via their customer support number, they took my details and assured me they would contact me immediately, which was untrue. I am still waiting to receive a call from them. The delivery dates displayed on the Oz Air Online website are clearly false. I am yet to hear back from Oz Air Online and Ozwarm despite their assurances and despite paying upfront for the split system I had ordered. I would strongly recommend going somewhere else because the service and communication I received was unprofessional and inadequate. Go somewhere else.

it was helpful to get a site inspection, they looked at the room it was going into and the outside area where the main unit goes, worked out whether mounting it on the outside wall or putting it on the ground, also could ask an electrical question in regards to having a plug changed to a 2 socket instead of the one.

Inspection tradie, arrived on time. Advice on location of a/c was very practical and helpful. Still deciding on my options. Price for a/c and install very reasonable.
